They seemed to be flavored with a dry rub or something then cooked in the oven. They had been flavored somehow but were definitely not 'saucy' or crispy for that matter. Got back to the hotel and opened the wings first. That's the traditional 'Buffalo' sauce that you find in the States. I ordered the wings off the menu as what was described as 'new york style' with the description of that being hot sauce and butter. 10' pizza and a pound of wings and added a second 10' pizza also. Went there in a snowstorm to get wings and pizza because I was in town for the Ice Wine Festival and due to the snow, nothing else was nearby. So, i was recommended this place for their 'amazing' wings.
